Explore the most beautiful sights of the city from the Rhine!

Start your Rhine cruise with our ship centrally at the Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer, in the immediate vicinity of the Cologne Main Station and the Musical Dome. After a unique view of the world-famous Cologne Cathedral and the Old Town, we will take you to the Rheinauhafen, where you can make a stop at the Chocolate Museum, the German Sport & Olympia Museum or the Historic Mustard Mill .
For an additional charge, it is possible to continue the tour along the Poller Wiesen with a stop inRodenkirchen, the "Cologne Riviera", where numerous cafés, restaurants, the Rodenkirchen beach or the houseboats invite you to linger.
During the one-hour cruise, you will learn everything about the sights along the Rhine in German and English.On request, we will provide you with a delicious Kölsch beer, coffee and cake or other small snacks on board.

Children under 4 travel free of charge.

You can interrupt the trip and continue it at a later time. Prices for one-way trips can be found under Fares & Discounts.

If you want to break the trip, be sure to book the correct outbound and return time in advance!

Stopovers at Rheinauhafen and Rodenkirchen by appointment and online booking only!

The last boat trip of the day ends at the Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer.

On more than 4000 m² you will find the most comprehensive presentation of the history and present of cocoa and chocolate worldwide. Here, the diversity of the 5000-year cultural history of cocoa, but also the modern chocolate production from the cocoa bean to the praline is shown. Among other things, a walk-in tropical house, exhibits of the pre-Columbian cultures of Central America, as well as numerous old machines from the time of industrialization await you. In a glass chocolate factory and in the chocolate atelier you can experience how chocolate products are made industrially, but also individually by hand.

Please note: Children aged 4 to 5 only pay for the panoramic boat trip (€ 9.00 per child), children under 4 are free of charge for both the boat trip and the museum.

Wheelchair user

  • Please note that the ship is unfortunately not barrier-free. In particular, the open decks and the toilets are accessible only by steps.
  • Also, for safety reasons, we are not allowed to carry electric wheelchairs.

Dogs

  • Dogs may travel free of charge. They must only be kept on a lead and under supervision during the journey.

Table reservation

  • We are happy to reserve saloon seats for groups of 10 or more (there is generally free seating on the open decks). Please send reservations to ticket@koelntourist.net
  • We take into account the number of people and space availability on board when arranging tables.
  • If you need more space (wheelchair, walker, physical limitations, etc.) please let us know. The reservation is made together with other guests on board.

Food & Drinks

  • Snacks and drinks are available on board. These are charged individually.
  • Payment on board is possible in cash or by EC card.
  • General information about our on-board catering can be found here.
  • Please note that you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink on board.
