Our "floating locations" can literally come to you and often save a time-consuming journey. Whether it's the main train station, Rheinauhafen, Koelnmesse or well-known hotels. Our ships can pick you up almost anywhere along the Rhine - at any time of the year.
We provide professional catering with selected partners. Choose your desired buffet from our extensive buffet suggestions or put together your own individual buffet!
With our inexpensive beverage packages , you no longer need to worry about the exact calculation and our waiters will provide your guests with cool beer, fine wines, delicious hot drinks and soft drinks for every taste during the entire cruise from departure to docking.
For every event, we will of course set the tables in the salon according to your wishes. Decorations, e.g. in your company colors, belong for an appealing overall picture of course, which we help you to paint with pleasure.
You need conference technology for your event? No problem: The MS RheinCargo is the ship of your choice, there are e.g. beamer and screen, monitors, microphones and hotspot available. Bring your laptop, connect it to the technology on board and the presentation can start.
And of course, every party needs the right music. Our DJs or musicians will provide musical entertainment. You have a special music request? We bring it to you and your guests!
Checklist party trips
This is something you should be aware of if you are planning a private or commercial party ride:
- For external organizers, organizer liability insurance is mandatory and proof of this must be provided.
- The organizer is responsible for Secruity and GEMA registration. Here it should be noted that it is about Secruity for the event. The responsibility for the nautical safety on board is incumbent on the skipper, his instructions must always be followed.
- In order to ensure a dance floor, the open decks will be completely cleared and re-seated at the end of the event. This additional service will be invoiced at a flat rate of 300.00 euros net. In case of excessive soiling, an additional cleaning fee of 300.00 Euro net will be charged.
- Parties are allowed only on the open decks. The lounges may only be used for the consumption of gastronomic services. No loudspeakers may be set up there either.
- If you bring your own equipment and set it up and take it down on board, this time will be charged additionally.
- Due to legal requirements, party rides are only allowed until 22:00.
- Due to the requirements of the City of Cologne, immission protection limits apply to idle ships at jetties 10 and 13 due to their special location.

The organizer undertakes to comply with the corresponding limits during the event. This also applies to sound checks. The organizer is liable for all consequences and damages incurred by KT or the owner of the mooring (e.g. termination of the mooring right) due to non-compliance with these requirements and releases KT from any liability. - Drinks brought on board are not allowed.
- Heavily intoxicated guests will not be allowed on board. We reserve the right to expel guests in case of misconduct or violence at the next possible pier of the ship.
- We reserve the right of bag control to be able to exclude possible sources of danger. Based on our experience, mosh pits / collective bouncing are prohibited.
- Bad weather: If inclement weather (severe thunderstorm, official severe weather warning or similar) prevents the event from taking place, cancellation fees will apply. These will then be charged with the invoice of a follow-up event. The open decks are covered up to 70% by large umbrellas. The party in the salon is also not allowed in case of rain.
- Number of tickets: If the organizer's crew does not include more than 10 people, a maximum of 190 tickets may be sold.

- Cologne bastion near Kunibertsviertel and Ebertplatz: Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer, jetty 13
- Cologne Rheinauhafen: Jetty on the Rhine promenade directly at the Chocolate Museum and the German Sport & Olympia Museum
- Cologne-Rodenkirchen: Pier directly at the restraurants "Fährhaus" and "Zum Treppchen" at the end of Kirschstraße
- Cologne-Porz: Jetty at the Friedrich-Ebert-Ufer directly below the Porz town hall
- Wesseling: Jetty on the Rhine promenade directly below the "Hotel am Rhein", near the passenger ferry
- Bonn "Alter Zoll": Brassert-Ufer, pier 3 directly next to the pier of the Bonn passenger ferry "Rheinnixe
