We, KölnTourist, have been operating ships for many decades.

• Love for shipping
• Love for gastronomy and service
• Experience in gastronomy is desirable, but not a must
• a high degree of punctuality, initiative, resilience and personal commitment
• You can motivate yourself and your colleagues in the team even in turbulent moments
• an active and cordial demeanor as a passionate host
• Good language skills in German and English

These are your tasks on board:

• Welcoming and looking after our guests with a smile
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Ensuring a smooth process in the service area
• Cashing up and using the cash register system
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of the guest area
• As a crew member, you play an active and operational role 
• You make sure that our guests feel comfortable on board
