For over 30 years, KölnTourist has been one of the leading shipping companies in the Cologne area. And the Schmitz family's shipping tradition goes back even much longer. For more than 90 years, we have been sailing in the service of the citizens of Cologne and Bonn in the areas of scheduled trips, excursions, private and business charter trips. Thus, for decades, we have developed into what we are today: a modern company in the shipping industry and an important tourist service provider in the region.

This is precisely why, as a family business, we face up to our responsibilities every day - including in the area of sustainability. The careful use of resources, and here in particular with the element of water, is of particular importance to us. The always fair and cosmopolitan treatment of our employees is part of our firmly anchored value system in the company and the economic success to secure the family business also for future generations is the declared goal.
