Our crew is ready for the new season

This week, our entire team was on board the MS RheinLand for three days in a row. But on these days there were actually no guests on board. We prepared our colleagues for the new season.

As part of a comprehensive employee workshop on the first day, topics such as explanations of this year's cruise and event programme, measures to further optimize service quality as part of our Service Q certification, general organizational issues and the topic of sustainability were on the agenda. We were also able to present the outstanding results of our customer satisfaction survey, which was conducted in collaboration with our marketing consultant Frank Pohl from boomeo, to our crew.

On the second day, we welcomed coach Sonja Boxberger on board to focus on the topic of complaint management. Even though we only receive a few complaints, it is extremely important for us to sensitize all colleagues to this essential topic. After all, we can only improve if we take our customers' praise and criticism seriously and integrate suggestions constructively into our work.

The third day was all about our annual safety training. This includes a check and training in the use of life jackets, training in occupational safety and the correct handling of emergency situations of all kinds. On the MS RheinPerle, we then went to the practical test with the anchor drop in emergencies. So you can be sure that you are safe on board with us at all times.
