Please note the following information about our Corona hygiene concept:
- Please disinfect your hands when boarding and disembarking the ship. Disinfectant will of course be provided.
- The distance rule of at least 1.5 meters from other guests applies during the waiting time at the moorings. On board, all guests must wear an FFP2 mask, except at their own seat.
- All guests traveling on board must complete the corona-related guest registration for special tracing with their name, complete address, phone number/email address, ship, date, stay, table number and seat number in order to trace chains of infection in the event of an incident. The appropriate data entry sheets will be distributed on the ships. The data must be kept by us for four weeks after the visit.
- Once on board, follow the instructions of the on-board staff, who will direct the flow of visitors and assign you seats if necessary.
- Since we will only take about half of the maximum number of people, we cannot guarantee that you will be taken on the selected trip. You may have to wait for the next departure.
We ask for your understanding that these measures are indispensable to contain and slow down the Corona pandemic. We expressly support them for the protection of our guests.
