We can drive to Rodenkirchen again

Not long ago, our pier in Rodenkirchen was almost completely dry. With a water level of about 76 cm at the Cologne gauge, it still looked like this photo that our colleague Willy Schmidt took at the time. In the meantime, fortunately, it has rained again somewhat more frequently in southern Germany and in the Alps. Thus, the water level of the Rhine has largely normalized again and we can dock in Rodenkirchen again regularly.

In recent weeks, the water level has fluctuated around 1.20 meters, which is why we decided spontaneously every day whether to dock or not, just to be on the safe side. Today, on 12.09.2022, the Cologne water level is already back at 1.55 meters and further rising levels are expected. So nothing stands in the way of the stopover in Rodenkirchen. We are looking forward to taking you back to Rodenkirchen from now on or picking you up from there. Take the chance for a panoramic trip now, because we only dock there until the end of September, until the end of the main season. We are looking forward to seeing you.
